I had a massage here today and it was one of the worst massages I’ve had in a long time. AVOID THIS PLACE. I specifically requested for a focus on my neck, legs and arms. The therapist ignored my request and proceeded to subject me to a painful back walking massage. I told her it was painful and to please stop and she responded that it was good for me. The massage, atmosphere, etc. is great. The problem: you cannot force 20% tipping and charge that without even checking with customers first. We have come here many times and always tip at least 20%. When we have come before, we were told that there's a discount for paying in cash. I chose the Siam Massage and was very pleased with the experience. The therapist was very knowledgeable and courteous. My body was stretched, messaged, and a little chiropractic work was performed. My job is very physical and I very much so needed this. I will be returning soon.
