After hearing about multiple experiences from people I know and reading similar accounts from other customers, I would be very hesitant to visit this spa. Management appears to mistreat returning customers who provide feedback or don't meet their expectations for tipping. I've seen accounts of longtime customers being refused service after politely sharing constructive feedback about a massage, and others having appointments effectively canceled after the spa took issue with the tip they left. The massage was good. But they forced us to pay extra tip.
