She is thorough and incorporates elements that she has learned over 25 years of practice, like hot stones, hot wet and dry towels, digestion massage, and essential oils. I have an appointment every month now and it is my favorite form of self-care. Beyond her expertise, she is incredibly kind and genuine. I hit the jackpot when I found her!
