After a work accident I came to physio jaymie was fantastic and helped with the recovery and navigation of returning very grateful.
I have been attending this clinic for a number of years now, having very painful generalised dystonia, my physiotherapist, Nital Tawde works on the knotted muscles in my neck and across my back. I no longer have Botox injections as often, as I get great relief from the therapy. An exceptional service and level of care displayed by all the staff at Lifecare Rosebud Physiotherapy. I attend weekly Clinical pilates classes with Jaymie Lilley. Jaymie is incredibly warm and personable while also being very skilled. She takes the time to explain every exercise to ensure you know the benefits, she genuinely cares about how you’re doing. Her sessions are effective and I have seen a great improvement in my strength and balance. Tricia Knight.
