Worst experience ever! $100 wasted. I was greeted at desk, paid for 1 hour. Massage started no communication, not asking what the areas are of concern, if any pain. Not asking if pressure was good. Full body massage only on my back! Never going back there again.! No customer service skills at all!

I booked a Remedial Massage and made an appointment with a specific therapist, but they sent someone else instead without informing me. The therapist never even asked me about my problem areas, and she was very small with no strength at all. I felt like it was a complete waste of my money and my time. WORST massage ever!! The man was very rude!! Didnt listen and do what i asked for .. only after your money and dont care about helping or actually giving a proper massage! Go somewhere else!! Absolutely Terrible!!
