We called ahead to book for three people and were told to come in as it was very quiet and they would be able to see all three of us. When we arrived, we were then told they were too busy and could only see one person. We accepted this and decided who would receive the massage. The staff member advised it would be a one-hour wait. We went next door for a quick meal for about 35 minutes and returned at 7:40 pm, only to find the business closed and the door locked.
