Hands down, the best massage I’ve ever had. I came in with acute shoulder tightness from weightlifting and poor posture. Walked out with said tightness happily misplaced. Anne took me through a 60 minute remedial, with a focus on upper back, neck & shoulders. She was able to quickly identify the areas of tightness, and the knots were relieved with surgical precision.
