It came up spontaneously while talking to my husband that he would give me a massage session as a gift, so he booked an appointment at this place. The massage therapist was Michelle, she was very good and the service was also good. Thank you husband and thanks MassageLuXe!
I tried to cancel my membership since I’m living in Orlando and they said that I have to go physically there for cancellation. I can’t do the cancellation in any other location but I can use the services? They should warning people about this bureaucracy. I’m also not able to transfer my membership to my new location.
I’ve had an amazing experience with Loretta. She is very skilled and very personable as well. She’s really helped me with some neck pain and other issues that I had that were keeping me from sleeping well. I highly recommend her services to anyone.
Do not, I repeat do not ever sign up for a membership! They are not good communicators and if you ever happen to want to cancel, they make you go all the way to the original location that you chose in order to cancel your membership. They also do not allow you to use any hours on the account unless you pay for the next month so it is basically like a scam! Unfortunately, the location in Lutz Florida messed it up for the rest!
