To book you have to call the morning of the day you want the massage. You are not allowed to book your massage ahead of time… That is such a scam. I have been a member for over 10 years at this location and, for the most part, the people that work there have been great, BUT you can definitely tell the ownership is awful by the amount of turnover at the front desk and with therapists. Likewise, after my massage this weekend they did not give me a bottle of water…:they have ALWAYS given a bottle of water and stressed the importance of hydration after a massage, which there are plenty of articles to support this…But now they have decided to “go green” which is complete BS... read more
I've been a member for a couple of years but I'm over them not caring enough about customer experience and there's been a couple of times that they've switched out the masseuse I've selected without the courtesy of letting me know. The latest experience was me taking a pto because the masseuse i selected was helping through an injury and she was VERY knowledgeable, so she was worth the use of a pto.
