Excellent massages
Looking for a new massage place and this was my first impression . It was a 60 min massage turned to 45 . Girl was shaky the whole time , didn’t have a rhythm & was going from spot to spot she seemed like she was scared to massage my whole body thus she barely touched anything . Massage itself was amazing. My MT Christopher was great. Once I was incredibly relaxed I had to deal with the incompetence of the front desk. Ryan or Josh or something was his name. I had a gift certificate I received for my birthday. I had a massage and facial and specialty. I was unaware I had to redeem both at the same time. He said they had no more facials available for the day. I asked if there was a way he could add a future facial to my account. He said he could not. Erin B is the one for me here. She is amazing. Her magic hands know the pressure my body needs. Super relaxing. I actually fell asleep!
Service quality was disappointing. I informed the masseuse that the room was too warm. However, he didn't know how to change the temperature. I ended the massage early because of the heat. The warmth caused the masseuse to sweat, and feeling his damp hands and arms on my skin was unpleasant. Although the front desk staff were aware I left early because of this, they did not offer to make any accommodations. A massage should be relaxing, but a too-hot room and sweaty masseuse sabotaged the experience and made it unappealing.
