I came in specifically for headache, neck, and shoulder relief, requesting a strong focus on my neck and head. Despite confirming with the receptionist beforehand—since the last time I came, my head wasn't massaged either—the therapist completely skipped it again. I still have a headache, and it feels like a total waste of money. When I raised this, reception chose to believe the staff over me, saying they did it, which is incredibly frustrating. I have had a consistently excellent experience here and really appreciate the high standard of service. The front desk staff are fantastic with communication, and they always let me know if my therapist is running slightly late, so I do not have to arrive earlier than necessary. I have also had three different therapists so far, and every one of them has been extremely well trained, with excellent technique and great care. It is clear that the team takes real pride in what they do. Highly recommended!
I had a wonderful experience here. Ginny has been amazing: what stood out most was the additional effort she took to really understand what works best for me, rather than treating the massage as a standardised, one-size-fits-all process. This made a big difference compared with some other shops in the centre. The manager was also very accommodating and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I have decided to make this my regular spot.
