I booked a 60‑minute remedial oil massage but got 15 minutes of dry pushing and elbowing with no technique. Even after asking for oil, it took another 10 minutes to start, and the massage was done with gloves and far too soft despite requesting hard pressure. Feeling so relaxe after a foot massage,. place is clean and very good service . Definitely will come again .
They over charged me for the service I had . charged me & my daughter $55 each when we only had $40 treatment. I mentioned that I have a health fund from the beginning. The staff asked me if I wanted 20 min or 30 min so I chose 20 min. Then I was told at the end , minimum massage is 30 min so they will need to charge 30 min if I wanted to use my health fund. Why do I get an option when I have a health fund? Extra 10 min is not free. I paid for that anyway
