They over charged me for the service I had . charged me & my daughter $55 each when we only had $40 treatment. I mentioned that I have a health fund from the beginning. The staff asked me if I wanted 20 min or 30 min so I chose 20 min. Then I was told at the end , minimum massage is 30 min so they will need to charge 30 min if I wanted to use my health fund. Why do I get an option when I have a health fund? Extra 10 min is not free. I paid for that anyway
Great massages …but if you want a quiet one, this is not the place. Disappointingly they don’t appear to enforce any quiet talking, whether that be by staff or customers. Bit noisy even in back “rooms” , but I suppose that’s what you get from a massage in a shopping centre.

I had a tiring week at work and decided to spoil myself and im glad I came to Massage Link. Great service, clean, price was reasonable , the lady was so lovely and attentive and my massage had the perfect touch. Thank you so much will make this a regular thing:)
Massage was the worst i have ever experienced. I asked for a neck head shoulder massage and showed her my trap pain points and she massaged and rubbed my legs over a towel the whole 45 minutes! She was rubbing my skin at a million miles an hour and it was all very painful. I am very upset because I usually don’t spend $70 for a massage but they told me it is better! I was rubbed aggressively and was asked at the end if I wanted tiger balm??? I would expect them to know the muscle groups and use oil on the skin not rub me all... read more
