I booked a 60‑minute remedial oil massage but got 15 minutes of dry pushing and elbowing with no technique. Even after asking for oil, it took another 10 minutes to start, and the massage was done with gloves and far too soft despite requesting hard pressure. It ended with more forearm pushing instead of proper remedial work. When I told the manager, the only response was that I should have come out and asked for someone else.
