In the past they have been good but today the massage was awful. I came out feeling worse than when I went in and they refused to refund even part of the massage because they have signs up saying that if its not working then you need to let them know before session is up. If you've got half an hour and they're using a different technique than usual then How are you supposed to know if it's worked even partially until its over.
Remarkable and very kind service. Jack is so lovely and gives the best reflexology. All staff are fantastic. Highly recommend!
