Terrible service from the secretary! She was extremely rude and rough she made me feel extremely uncomfortable she insulted me and unfortunately because of her behavior I decided to leave and not support the place for business please do not go there she ruined my day and made me so upset I’ve never had this bad experience in my Life.
Best relaxation lounge on the North Shore!! Laura and Maxime are my favorites. I'll definitely be back!!
The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is welcoming. I enjoyed the massage, which completely released my tension!!!
Good place normally, but sometimes women exaggerate! Like sometimes at certain massage places! When they ask to pay in advance (4 times at different places and here over a few years)! It's never good service or even basic. Like Kaya! Who asks for $200 and asks for TIPS before even doing the basic service! A very simplistic massage in the back and a "very simple happy ending" without forcing it a little and always in the same place. At the end 3 tissues she gives in my hands and wipe yourself! I don't recommend Jade at all. I'm used to this type of massage, and she offers very poor quality service. She cuts the session short after only half the time... She doesn't provide the service you agreed upon... If you're looking to waste your money, she's the one for you. Otherwise, the lady at the reception desk is nice.
