Fred is amazing, very knowledgeable and thorough I highly recommend.
I can highly recommend Fred at Massageland. I booked in for dry needling in my hip and hamstring and within one treatment I noticed a significant improvement.
The guys were absolutely fantastic and super friendly. They managed to work out a 10 year old knot in one session! I feel brand new, completely worth the temporary pain. Thankyou again!
