Kimberly is amazing. She is very welcoming, professional, and creates an incredibly relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The space honestly feels like stepping into a peaceful jungle retreat, complete with dim lighting and a soothing fountain waterfall in the background. Even filling out the intake form is relaxing since they give you a small clipboard light because the environment is kept calm and low lit. I booked a massage here today specifically for relief from muscle tension, and it was extremely disappointing. There was absolutely no pressure the entire time; it felt like the therapist was just lightly applying oil rather than actually working on my muscles. I mentioned my needs at the start, but nothing was adjusted during the session and I walked out feeling exactly the same as when I walked in, with no relief at all.
