WOW! Everything about my experience was awesome. The receptionist, Jasmine, was SO helpful, kind and professional. I called when I arrived and she was so patient with me and helped me with directions. She got me checked in and gave me a complimentary coconut water to start. I had a 50 minute hot stone massage with Ises, and she was so outstanding. So much attention to detail, asked for my preferences up front and made sure I was comfortable. She is so sweet AND skilled. The receptionist guided me to the front door after I called and got lost. She also had great conversation with a warm welcome. Jasmine also offered me water. Just a sweetheart. Destiny was just amazing. The environment was peaceful, she was very informative about the products that she was using. I would definitely come back and do it all over again. Shout out to Destiny and Jasmine!!!!
Not impressed. Let me start off with saying the staff is so sweet. But the actual experience was terrible. She rubbed my head for maybe 10 minutes. I paid extra for the hot stones and she literally rubbed my neck with the stone for 3 minutes. I was really excited for this but left feeling very disappointed.
