Not a good experience. I have thick hair, the tools didn’t penetrate to my scalp, and the girl didn’t rinse my hair well enough, leaving shampoo and product in it. I had to re-wash it when I got home. Complete waste of time and a lot of $$$ to have to come home and wash my hair.
