I've always enjoyed the treatments I've received from this business, but there's definitely something dodgy going on with their health fund claims. The proprietor has told me, more than once, that that my Health fund allocation had been used up. I checked last time, and it hasn't! I won't be going back due to her dishonesty.
Quite dissapointed with this place. I’ve given them so many opportunities to change my mind but I’m done now. Not only do they not have adequate massage skills, they do not engage in any communication regarding areas of concern/pain. They do a generic massage that leaves me feeling the same. They try to manipulate the body which leaves me feeling injured and sore. I can honestly say I've never had a more thorough massage before. I'm feeling so good right now. Friendly and professional. Thank you
Massage was okay overall. The session ended slightly earlier than expected. Staff were friendly and the space was clean.
