The WORST and most unprofessional massage I have ever had in life. It was almost as she was in a bad mood and taking it out me. WASTE OF MONEY and wouldn’t be surprised if this lady had in walked in off the street. Flicking my head, pinching my skin and even pushing down on my throat so hard it made me cough. Then she continued to roll her eyes. Put a burning hot towel on my neck then proceeded to laugh. All kinds of things I have NEVER experienced during a massage. Never been more uncomfortable in my life.

I've always enjoyed the treatments I've received from this business, but there's definitely something dodgy going on with their health fund claims. The proprietor has told me, more than once, that that my Health fund allocation had been used up. I checked last time, and it hasn't! I won't be going back due to her dishonesty.
Quite dissapointed with this place. I’ve given them so many opportunities to change my mind but I’m done now. Not only do they not have adequate massage skills, they do not engage in any communication regarding areas of concern/pain. They do a generic massage that leaves me feeling the same. They try to manipulate the body which leaves me feeling injured and sore.
