Enjoyed a fantastic neck and shoulders chair massage from Jade. She was very professional and friendly, and gave my shoulder knots a lot of attention. I left feeling very relaxed. Divine!
Booked for a back, neck and shoulder massage, the therapist was way too rough, there was no flow to the massage and she was massaging over bone which was really painful. The head massage, which wasn’t what I booked for was fast, and scratchy. The pressure was way too firm and she has no awareness of how my body was responding to her movements. Very disappointing
