Terrible experience- if I could rate 0 I would. Called ahead and was simply told to come down. When I arrived there was a communication breakdown with what I was asking for. Willing to spend $200 for treatment. Started reflexology treatment with cold water, still not knowing what I was paying for. Decided to cut my losses and left, which is a shame, after a stressful week, a massage, cupping was what I needed. After reading the reviews I had high expectations.
The general management can be inconsistent , however my massages with Jade is always a very pleasurable experience , she is a fantastic masseuse , present, friendly and caring . Her pressure is beautiful and her side manner is approachable and consistent. I book regularly with Jade.
