I always prefer to give a 5*. However the experience was far below expected. The masseuse was late, and when she shows up without any acknowledgement of being late, even less an apology, she said “on your back, on your back” as I was sitting waiting. She asked what I was after, to which I replied her to please focus on the legs, specially the front of them, and same with the arms, not much on the back. Had to cancel and was promised a refund. 2 months later I am still waiting although having been advised several times that the refund was on its way.
Excellent massage fixed my sore neck and shoulders feeling so much better
