Very disappointing experience I went to Indulgence Massage & Day Spa for a full-body massage, and unfortunately the experience was extremely upsetting. The therapist, Jiny, made inappropriate and negative comments about my community, including remarks about how “your community people make so many demands.” As someone living in Australia, hearing comments like this was deeply hurtful and made me feel unwelcome. Not a great experience. I’ve had my fair share of Reflexology and this was the worst one I’ve ever had. There was no technique or structure to the experience. It almost felt like my masseuse was a fill in with no real experience. The chairs were uncomfortable. It was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly enough.
The woman who did my neck and shoulder was sick with an obvious cold and snuffling in my face. Three days later I’m sick too. So annoying to pay $50 to get sick. Also she had no technique, obviously untrained. Worst massage ever.
I’ve been suffering with a lower back issue for a little while now. I’ve gone to multiple physio sessions and slowly recovering. I decided to try acupuncture to see if it could speed up the process. I’ve looked at many different places and seen many different price points. After receiving my acupuncture treatment, it has honestly relieved about 90% of my pain.
