I’ve been seeing Tricia at Sportbodywork for over a year now and nothing but appreciation and praise for how she’s transformed my posture and helped eliminate my shoulder/neck pain, especially in my traps where I held the most tension. She’s very knowledgeable about the human anatomy specifically in regard to muscles and their attachments and how each affects the other.
