I was referred to Paul by two very happy patients, and now I understand why. I had horrible sciatica pain for three weeks. After just one session and following his at-home exercise recommendations, my pain dropped from a 7 to a 4. After the second session the following week, it was down to a 2. I'm hopeful I'll be running again after the next session. If you're in pain, don't hesitate—book an appointment!
I had Lower back pain and have been going to physical therapy for months but the pain was still there. Booked an appt with Paul and he took so much of the pain away just by massaging and stretching me in area's he knew triggered the pain. 10/10 recommend!!
