In my eyes Paul is an actual magician! He is the one person I will go to if anything hurts and he has always helped me in just a session or two and with the exercises he sends me home with. Big Mahalo from me (and my husband who swears by Sportbodywork as well!)
If you are looking for healing and rehabilitation and not just a relaxing massage, this is the place to go. I would give them 6⭐ if I could.
