I was recently treated to a deep tissue massage with Kat. She is so lovely and friendly, the pressure was perfect and I'll definitely be back. I hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and do a lot of sitting because of my job, and I felt an instant improvement in mobility of my neck and shoulders. Highly recommend Kat!!
I have just had an amazing deep tissue massage with Kat. It will be the first of regular treatments. Her professional and caring approach helped me to feel comfortable immediately and she was able to find the issues and apply the right pressure to release the tension in my muscles.
