Outstanding service, entire staff is friendly and professional. I've been a member since 2018. No high pressure sales. A comfortable and relaxing environment. My monthly visit is for both physical and mental health. Each massage therapist has their own techniques but when you find the one for you it is worth it.
Let me be clear that the 1 star is not for the massages. The 1 star is for the $937.96 I was charged for two 90 minute hot stone massages. The girl at the front desk said that my card didn't go through and I told her it did and proved it by showing the pop-up notification, 2 emails, and my bank app showing the transactions. She wanted to swipe my card again and I told her no. She kept my credit card information and as soon as I left she ran the transactions again. Oh how I loved Ms. Fay. She is great with deep pressure and working the hard knots and kinks out book at least an 1.5 or 2 hours session the 1hr is too short of time.
Update! I’ve tried a few therapists and Ms. O is on another level. Cried but in a good way. She listened to where my problems were and truly tried to solve the problem. Her and Bambi are my go toos and I highly recommend. Bambi was amazing, knowledgeable and caring! Will definitely come back.
