I have been a member at Massage heights for many years, but my appt felt a little different yesterday 9/12/25 I was greeted by Karen, and Francine my therapist she brought me right back and I had the most relaxing massage I have ever had. From the phone call to confirm to the moment I left, it was the easiest, courteous and most relaxing time I have had in a long time. I love all of the employees that I know there but Karen and Francine are exceptional. Thank you for always being professional and inviting when I come in!!
I attempted to make an appointment and had a Groupon. I waited for Katie on hold for over 5 minutes. She required a credit card to hold my spot but I already had a Groupon and I was in a public place where I didn’t want to provide a credit card at that time. I asked to call back with it, Katie said the system doesn’t allow overrides of this. I got reimbursed for the Groupon and will not be getting a massage here. Over the phone service and the phone system need to have improvements.
I highly recommend Dawn for a facial! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt so relaxed and my skin is feeling amazing!
