May is a phenomenal masseuse and so is Allessandro. The location closed without any notification to anyone. There's a sign on the door that says to contact River Oaks location on the other side of town. I had the 59.99 deal for years. If you transfer to another location, the price is now 79.99. THEY COULD HAVE WARNED US THEY WERE CLOSING. It says temporarily closed, but there's no indication if or when they will open. Extremely unprofessional from such a large chain. This location appears to have closed unannounced without notifying customers with upcoming appointments. I drove 30 min today for a much needed massage appointment to find the door locked at 1220pm.

So this is the second time I came here and both times have been mediocre at best. The therapist was fine, the only complaint I really have is she didn't use nearly enough pressure despite her saying it was her "firm" pressure level. The thing that's making me give such a bad review is the pricing. When I booked the appointment the price listed in the website is $79.99, so you can imagine the shock I felt when I saw a charge for $160. I've been going to May for years and am hesitant to share how great she is in case it makes it harder to get an appointment! 😉 She is very strong and can get really deep, but she also listens when I ask for less pressure!
