Very disappointed. Wanted to treat myself to a massage and use a voucher through TollPerks. I carefully read through all the stipulations and looked up their pricing online. Was ready to book but was informed that they use a different pricing for TollPerks, which doesn’t really save you any money at all. I just wish they’d be upfront about it on their website and through TollPerks. It’s really not respectful to lure customers like this. Super friendly staff Clean facility But massage itself was nothing impressive
Very shady business practices. I cancelled my membership and they had stopped charging my card. As of this year they are charging my card again. No new membership that I signed up for. Beware!
Asking for tips after no a cheap massage session which is extra $30. Tipping culture is getting out of hand.
