Repeatedly asked Brandi for less pressure and she blatantly refused, and I frequently go for deep tissue massage and am well accustomed to the level of pain associated with it. To be clear I repeatedly made it clear I was NOT looking for deep tissue and multiple times asked her to lighten up (which she did not). She would go on to injure my shoulder blades during our session, which required multiple doctor visits and physio trips to help heal. The subscription style business model they push also feels very scummy.

I’ve been going to Massage Heights Brewery for over 5 years, and overall, it’s been a consistently great experience. The front-of-house team has always been pleasant, professional, and welcoming.
