I’ve been doing red light therapy at Southeast Healing Arts Center for the past 8 months, 3 times a week, and I can honestly say it’s been life-changing. Tried the Migun bed today. It is intense so be mindful of any injuries/strains. If you’re taller this bed won’t be the treatment for you. Incredible experience, polite staff. I will be trying the red light therapy bed next time.
I've tried out multiple classes and have enjoyed each one! All of the teachers are attentive, positive, and committed to helping their students have a good class.
