Treat your therapist as you would like to be treated – This is a great place to get a professional, reasonably priced massage. I have met two of the best therapist at this establishment and have always been treated with courtesy and respect. Based on what I have read in the office tipping is encouraged but certainly "not required." Like anything else if you are satisfied with your service you should tip generously. Jamie at Massage Harmony is a great massage therapist. Ask for her – Folks, over the last 10 years, I've experienced more than a dozen massage therapists and I must say that Jamie at Massage Harmony does an outstanding job. I'm a life-long swimmer and runner (and do construction work all day as well) and for the last three months, she's given me excellent massages to help with a variety of aches and pains. worst massage I have ever had! – I will not go back to Massage Harmony! This was by far the worst massage I have ever paid for. We take every complaint seriously at Massage Harmony. I?m sorry you choose to complain to City Search rather than come to management. Writing to third party reviews doesn?t help us make things right with you. We have over 30 therapists that work for Massage Harmony and I?m sure we can find someone that is to your liking.
This is the place! – I usually get massages at the high-end spas (don't we all) because I thought that was only place to go for a good legitimate massage. I was plesantly surprised to find the rates at Massage Harmony very reasonable. They don't have the frills of a high-end spa (robes, showers, ect), but if you're looking for a massage and can skip the rest, then this is a good choice. The quality of the massage was comperable. Bad massage, not even worth the cheap price – UPDATE to the message below: The owner eventually responded to me e-mail message and very nicely asked me to come back for a free massage. This therapist was so good that I will amost certainly go back. Massage Harmony has the best prices in town, and now I know why. My "massage" was an amateurish attempt to locate muscles and an inability to press on them with any force. This is the place for massage in Austin – Wow this was a great experience! I was just driving by and saw the sign and dropped in and they saw me immediately. The therapist really knew their stuff and only $34 for my 60 minute massage. This place was very professional and the front desk staff was great as well. They helped me pick the best therapist for my needs. I will definitely be back!
Learn the Tipping Expectations for these Good Massages – Make sure you are savvy about tipping here and know what is expected. I understand now that there are signs at Massage Harmony encouraging tipping, but I didn't see them and apparently undertipped my massage therapist. Great Massage – Wow...there needs to be more places like Massage Harmony. So convenient and next to all the stores I go to at the West Gate Shopping Center. My therapist was very knowledgeable and friendly and the staff was great in helping me pick the best one for my needs.
Excellent therapists and great value for your money – I suffer from lower back problems and have had excellent results with the massages. The therapist was extremely knowledgable about the problem and the massage techniques for it. For the money spent, I can easily go there twice a month and get back relief rather than going to a hi-fi spa and spend a $100 and not get the same quality of service. Extremely friendly staff.
