Austin's Best Massage – Let's start off with the massages. This place has the best collection of therapists. I've had many people here, and I have yet to have one disappointing massage. I highly recommend Leslie and Lihi, they are my absolute favorites, but it just depends on your preference of style of massage. Very Uneven Quality – I've received massages for twenty years, of all different modalities, so I know quality. A Great Healing Experience – I experienced my first massage at Massage Harmony last week and was very happy with my experience. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, which is important when you have a hectic schedule. The facility was clean and modern with an emphasis on warm earth tones. Downhill – It seems as though Massage Harmony got off to a great start and fell fast. During a recent visit I made there I witnessed incompetent therapists and owner. The owner was yelling at employees it was ridiculous. With all due respect to the apparent success of his business, it would seem he could use some serious help in managing people. Decent product for what you pay but customer service is poor – I purchased a gift certificate for my girlfriend and she was not very happy with the place (She is used to higher end places) and that (now) is to be expected. What you get is what you pay for but the customer service and response of management is poor if not downright unacceptable. I left messages with no return call. Nancy gave me the best 90 minute vacation in my life – I'm not a fan of massage business's because I believed only the newest-least experienced therapists worked at them. I have been getting massages for years and when a close friend recommended Nancy at Massage Harmony I called and scheduled. Great Price for a Great Massage – I am a student here in Austin, and lately I have been under a lot of stress due to the "end of semester rush". The Wal-Mart of massage – I get regular massage for low back pain. I wanted to try Massage Harmony because of their convienence and location near my house. I cleared an afternoon and went with a friend of mine to take advantage of their introduction special. Needless to say, the experiences that we had were very poor at best. Low Price, Low Quality – The price was low and I got what I paid for, but nothing more. I would be willing to pay more for a better massage and more attentive customer service. The atmosphere was nice, but I came there for a great massage not a great waiting room.
