BEST MASSAGES IN AUSTIN!!! – I've been a client of Massage Harmony for several years and have always enjoyed all of their Therapists, but especially Amber. On a recent visit I booked a 60 minute massage with Amber and… WOW - best massage I've ever had!! Her work is deep but soothing at the same time, and she figured out how to release tension I didn't even know was there. It's been several days later and I still feel amazing!! 2 Thumbs Up!!
all around good service – It's so nice to get a good massage at a Great price. I usually get the 60 min. swedish massage with Amy or Monica, both are very good. They listen to your needs and what is going on with your body and customize the massage.
You will only leave angry – I had the worst massage, the lady had no idea what she was doing, the pressure was that of a wet towel being pulled over your body and when she did use pressure it would feel like she was trying to pull the muscles out of my neck which still hurts the next day. When I complained to the front desk all they would say is "I'm sorry you feel that way". This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! – This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Do NOT be fooled by this place. I've been to a lot of massage places, and the reason I used to go to this place is because it was close to my house. The place is nice looking and trendy, and the prices look low, but don't be fooled. That's because they expect you to add at least a $10, 15, or 20 dollar gratuity. Disappointed – I was not very impressed with my experience. First of all, the room was SO cold... cold air was just blowing on me the whole time. I also repeatedly asked the massage lady to use firmer, stronger pressure and she failed to listen to me. It was just way too soft and not what I asked for.

Massage can be affordable! – I'm a total massage hound, so I'm always looking for a new shop to try. I've visited Massage Harmony a couple of times and really enjoyed it. It's fairly no-frills, with simple rooms and treatments; but it's still very relaxing and you get a great massage for the price. Therapists vary in skill and specialty (like anywhere else), so be sure to request someone who uses techniques you like best when making an appointment.
Very bad experience – I had a very bad experience with Massage Harmony recently. The massage therapist simply did not listen. I wanted a deep tissue massage (and yes, I have gotten them before, I know what I am asking for). What I got was pressure point poking. After repeatedly telling the therapist what I wanted, he just kept telling me this was what I was asking for. Whiners of Massage Harmony are generalizing the entire therapist crew – I've read a lot of reviews and find that the ones who are disappointed in the therapist they were given thinks that ALL the therapists at Massage Harmony are the same way. WRONG. There are quite a few therapists there that are awesome at deep tissue, prenatal and swedish massage.
