The most relaxing massage I have ever had. If you find it hard to switch off and you know you need to or you know you should meditate but can’t - this is the massage for you My muscles still felt that I had had a good massage but without the pain or stress of a deep tissue massage. The bereavement massage was exactly the experience I needed at a difficult time. I originally went in because my body was holding too much tension to sleep well. Not only has my physical tension significantly improved, I also feel I've been able to reconnect with my body in a positive, gentle and mindful way - I didnt know I needed to do this, but I feel so much better.This was truly the most thoughtful, holistic and caring massage I've ever had.
