I would wholeheartedly recommend Mungo. He is a very intuitive healer who listens carefully and acts accordingly. In my case he was able to shift a very deep seated trauma in my first visit.

I am a cancer patient who was wanting to find better, more practical, ways to deal with stress so I tried the ‘nervous system reset’. It turns out that I got so much more from my four sessions than I could ever have hoped for. Mungo is a great listener and helped me reflect on where stress existed in my life and refocus on what is really important. The massage was great too. My scars felt so much better, and it was deeply relaxing.

With Mungo, you are in safe hands. He has a compassionate and respectful presence, he listens and adapts to what you need. I went for some sessions with no particular issues in mind, just a curiosity to try his approach to massage. I found myself connecting mind, body, posture, movement and touch. Each time I came away feeling softened and more open to life. It's a never ending exploration. I can totally recommend it.
