I’ve been here a few times and have had different massage therapists and they are all great! I always leave feeling better and more relaxed. One day, I came in with pain in my wrist, thinking it was the start of carpal tunnel or something. I happened to mention it to Margie (not thinking that she could do anything about it) and she massaged a trigger point which totally released my wrist muscle. It has felt so much better ever since! It’s not even what I went in there for, but she was able to relieve the pain. Amazing!
I had a great experience at Massage for Life in Islip Terrace. Lauren did an excellent job — the massage was both relaxing and gave me pain relief. She’s a skilled massage therapist who really focuses on problem areas. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I threw my lower back out shoveling snow and spent the next two days dealing with sharp pain on the lower right side of my back. I’m so thankful I booked a massage with Massage for life. Message for Life is the best! I had so much pain and came by and they transformed me! My parents completely changed all the pain they had once they came here! This is the best place to go on Long Island for medical message!
I went in today with severe back spams and Lauren was expertly able to loosen and relax the muscles that were causing my pain. I definitely recommend this place, either Barbara or Lauren both are wonderful at what they do!
