I recently had my first massage with André Lalonde, and it was fantastic. He is incredibly skilled and attentive. He took the time to ask where I wanted him to focus and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the session. What really stood out was how much he cares about his clients, he took the time to chat with me afterward and shared helpful tips on nutrition and what I can do to feel better overall. I highly recommend André. He is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring.
