They send my appointment details to my brother, when I inform them about this matter, the Filipina receptionist didn't even apologize. I said to myself "is this a Filipina who doesn't know how to apologize?"
Fiance went for a massage. Worst massage ever. Basically rubbed oil and that was it. Asked numerous times to put more pressure and to specifically target spots. Those requests were pretty much ignored. The papers that were filled out at the beginning clearly stated what the problem areas were but that didn't do anything. Also no music no small talk just awkward silence while she didn't do much at all. Then she judged for her cold feet. Will not be back.
I had a sudden emergency where I got a flat tire and was stranded on the side of the road, making it physically impossible to get to my appointment on time. I called them immediately to explain the situation and even offered to send photos or jump on a video call to prove I was genuinely stranded.
