Horrible service. Spoke to a very rude attendant who demanded my credit card before booking, despite the fact I have a history with this location. Would not recommend.
The receptionist has no basic manners how to talk to someone. I was supposed to have an appointment today and I had booked online. My credit card didnt go through and so I didnt rebook. She phoned me and literally was so rude almost harrasing to make it to the appointment or she will go ahead and charge cancellation fee. I told her I will call her back in 5 minutes but she wouldnt listen and kept harassing and demanding me to cancel the appointment. I would like to recommend to my friends and family they do an excellent service….
The massage session is good but it takes time to get an appointment.
