I booked a 90-minute massage for nearly $200 and unfortunately left feeling very disappointed. I arrived early for my 3:00PM appointment, but the therapist didn’t take me in until 3:05. Their system to get an appointment is very weird. Need to make an account compulsory, which is not user friendly for everyone, need to be improved and make more simple. Also, I was surprized with their fees on my second visit. while went for second visit I was asked to pay more than it shows while took an appointment online.
