The staff are excellent. Receptionists are always friendly. My massage therapist understands my pain issues, always works to undo the damage and shows me ways to keep the pain away
Josh is awesome, gives really great massages that are effective, deep, but also relaxing at the same time. Regular treatments has improved my quality of sleep and overall stress levels.
This was the worst massage I’ve ever had. The therapist spent about 20 minutes just on the right side of my back, barely massaging — I don’t even know what she was doing. She didn’t massage my arms or hands at all, and my back wasn’t massaged properly. I honestly wanted to stop halfway because it was that bad. This was my first time coming to this place, and on top of the terrible service, the receptionist was rude and unapproachable. I've had a great experience with Subash Sebastian — he is highly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly skilled in his work. During the session, he was able to identify some underlying tension and suggested that there might be a minor issue with my spine. I followed up with a chiropractor, and it turned out he was absolutely right. Highly recommend!
