Welcomed by name. Reminded to use the washroom. Checked insurance before the appointment to make it easy to leave when finished. Jessica was AWESOME as usual. Great environment. Favourite thing (outside of the massage), staff at the desk talked to me like a person, and not a rehearsed script! Well done!
My 1 hour massage was cut off to 40 minutes ( 20 minutes less only because no one told me I have to be there super early to fill the forms) afterof the massage the music stopped and all I was hearing was the masseur expert is yawning one after each other which was annoying. Also they did not try to figure out my insurance policy and just said it's not covered, I ended up to pay the full amount.

Really easy to book. Accommodating when I was going to be late. Massage therapist was respectful and attentive to what I was asking for.
