Connie is very attentive to where I hurt and focused on the right spot, she made sure I feel comfortable, my neck and shoulders feel so much looser. I feel completely safe and respected during the whole session.
Firstly it was very easy to book my appointment. The staffs are friendly and prompt in booking my appointment. Secondly, my RMT Jessica Roberts, is one of the best RMT in Halifax. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. I was sore in some area due to working out and lower back injury, she has the perfect technique and knows the right area and the muscles to work on. I feel much better after the massage. Highly recommend this place.
I had a disappointing experience with Connie Lee. I had clearly requested a full-body massage to relax, but the session felt incomplete and did not meet my expectations. I also felt that a noticeable portion of the session was spent talking at the beginning, which reduced the actual hands-on massage time.
