Carla is a wonderful registered massage therapist. I've been to various RMTs for the past years and I don't have chronic mild shoulder pain anymore, thanks to Carla. Hard to find a good RMT.
I am surprised by some of the previous reviews, since I have been coming here for years and never had an issue. If anything I left another location years ago to come here since the other location was terrible and this location proved to me what front desk staff customer service is all about.
Wasted my time. Booked a 9am, went there 10mins before and no one is even in the clinic. Only to be called and said the physio had car issues. Even so, no one is at the front desk to even take care of clients on a cold morning. Take your business somewhere guys. Bad experience for a first timer. Im here sitting at the parking lot and its 9.10am, no one is there. unprofessional
The massage was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing and even the admin at the front desk was lovely.
