This place cancelled my husband’s and my massage appointments just two to three hours before, two weeks in a row. I am extremely dissatisfied — they clearly do not value our time or money. This is the second time we’ve lost out because of their cancellations. If the situation were reversed, not only would they be upset, but they would also charge you in full. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
Two initial appointments cancelled within a week, would not recommend if you need acute treatment. Nominal discount offered second time however that discount to my insurance provider isn’t going to fix my issue.
Mind-blowing service. Thanks, Kelly Walsh. She did an amazing job. I am so satisfied with her service. She is so friendly and has good knowledge and skills. I was so relaxed after massage therapy. Recommended
Booked massage appointment twice and got cancelled the day of the appointment twice!!! Shouldn’t have booked it the second time!! Waste of time! Would have leave Zero star!!!
Cancelled my wife's appointment around 20 minutes before start.
