Had my first appointment with Massage Experts. Alison Gale was amazing! I've honestly never had such great results from any other massage therapist- I left feeling amazing. She took the time to discuss problem areas, she seemed very knowledgeable and was great to chat with. I already booked another with her for next month!

This place cancelled my husband’s and my massage appointments just two to three hours before, two weeks in a row. I am extremely dissatisfied — they clearly do not value our time or money. This is the second time we’ve lost out because of their cancellations. If the situation were reversed, not only would they be upset, but they would also charge you in full. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
Two initial appointments cancelled within a week, would not recommend if you need acute treatment. Nominal discount offered second time however that discount to my insurance provider isn’t going to fix my issue.
