My wide booked for me with them with a confirmed handwritten note written by recipientist as attached. On the appointment, they found no booking in the system. No apology. Cold tone. Keeping it vague on whose side the mistake is.
Horrible customer service. The receptionist messed up my booking, even though I did it in person while I was there. After explicitly saying my appointment was booked and gave me a note with her handwriting stating the appointment time, and after I planned my whole weekend around this time slot since it was the only one they have available, I showed up to the appointment and the receptionist there says there is no appointment at this time slot. Mon thérapeute était Shaun. Je dois vous dire que c'était une expérience incroyable. Il fait un mélange de plusieurs techniques, c'est tout a fait approprié pour la personne que je suis.... soit raide!! C'est le M.Miyagi du massage.
