I cannot recommend Jazmine enough! After giving birth, my whole body felt sore and out of sync — but every session with her feels like a full reset. I walk in aching and leave feeling like I’ve been given a brand new body. Her technique is extraordinary — she knows exactly what my body needs, and I always feel completely pampered and cared for. Finally, a place where I can truly relax and heal. Postpartum recovery has been so much more manageable thanks to her. Thank you for being so amazing 🥰
Will not recommend. Although I had a good experience with Masage therapist at the massage expert, heritage valley location but unfortunately booking system/ front desk really horrible! It happened 4 times in last 3-4 months. Booked for Sat, front desk made an error and when I received a reminder, I called and got the date fixed. But they don't communicate with each other or not professional. I kept getting continuous email and ph message that I didn't attend the session so I have to pay penalty. The staff is very welcoming and professional. The atmosphere is relaxing. I hope a massage to work out my lower back and calf. The staff applied to the correct amount of pressure. Samantha is very nice and professional. After my massage I felt relax and pain free.
