Well that sucked!! I had the worst massage experience ever, I asked for a deep tissue massage and I got a dude who just jostled me around and poked at me. I told the front that it was like having bad sex and I couldn’t wait for it to be over. Nothing relaxing about it at all!!! I didn’t get the foot scrub I paid for either. RecommendedJames was incredibly attentive to my massage needs-I left feeling incredibly relaxed, and he advised me on how to stretch and focus on my posture so the massage benefits would last! The front desk staff was also so kind and helpful! This was a great gift to myself at the end of a school year! I'm so excited to come back next month! :)
Massage therapists come and go with some frequency here, so it's pretty difficult to find one you like and see them with any regularity. I made the mistake of signing up for a membership - when I left town I cancelled it as I had no interest in exploring another Massage Envy franchise. The massage was Awesome. I felt sooo relaxed. Excellent customer service from the time I walked through the door! Very relaxing atmosphere and Wayne gave me the best massage ever! I will return.
