Re-edited from my last review didn’t have a great experience my first time but truly happy that the manager reached out to me to make sure I got a good experience she was truly concerned and caring about making sure I had a good experience and that means a lot. Great facials and massages!
Rita was very chatty and big on sharing her life drama but not on working the areas I needed. Avoid her at all costs!!!!!
DO NOT GO HERE- they are highly unprofessional! Just ruined my daughters 15th BDAY- ignorant and rude.

I bought a one hour massage gift card for my girlfriend for Christmas. She went in to use it today, not only was the massage ten minutes short but she was charged an additional $40 on top of her gift card that I purchased(not including the expected tip).... I will never recommend this place to anyone. Very deceptive and disappointing.
Do not use Massage Envy. They continue to charge after the account is frozen or ended, they do not take responsibility and are poor at returning calls. You will probably end up in ongoing credit card account dispute if you have automatic payment.
