Nope! Do you know how many massage places there are in Houston, lol? I found a great massage spot in Missouri City that's way cheaper, hot stone for $50, top-notch. This place, for one, their customer service is a joke. I walked in, and the lady at the desk immediately had a nonchalant attitude. I asked about services, and she immediately goes, "They're booked." I arrived for my scheduled 2:00 PM appointment, was checked in at the front desk, and was instructed to have a seat in the waiting area. After waiting about 10 minutes, a staff member came out to ask for my name and returned to the desk. Approximately five minutes later, another staff member informed me that my massage therapist had called off that morning. Unfortunately, I was not notified prior to my arrival. I now see why many people do not recognize Massage Envy as a Top Shelf business. I had to cancel my membership because I was still paying a LOT for services. When I tried to cancel, it took the management days to contact me, which is apparently the only way to cancel. They informed me that they had to charge me for one more month, but “promised” me that I would have one service that I could use. I agreed because nothing is perfect.
