I have been going to Massage Envy for a while now. When you walk in the door the place smells amazing. The front desk staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Any questions or queries are answered with a smile. The massages always leave me feeling relaxed. The deep tissue massage is really good. I would definitely recommend the Cinco Ranch branch.
Nope! Do you know how many massage places there are in Houston, lol? I found a great massage spot in Missouri City that's way cheaper, hot stone for $50, top-notch. This place, for one, their customer service is a joke. I walked in, and the lady at the desk immediately had a nonchalant attitude. I asked about services, and she immediately goes, "They're booked." I arrived for my scheduled 2:00 PM appointment, was checked in at the front desk, and was instructed to have a seat in the waiting area. After waiting about 10 minutes, a staff member came out to ask for my name and returned to the desk.
