I scheduled for a 1 1/2 hour massage and she stopped 10 minutes early. My appointment was for 2:30 and she entered the room and stated at 2:41 and ended precisely at 4:00. Then I’m checking out at the front reception area and they ask if i would care to tip and I proceed the tip transaction with the employee hovering over me while i make my transaction. Caitlin did an amazing job. Incredibly professional and my back felt so much better after the massage then before I walked in. All around great experience from walking in to the front desk until I was left. Absolutely wonderful.
I have been a massage envy member for a very long time and I live closest to the one on University Parkway. I have seen many massage therapists at this location and finally found one that I really enjoyed getting my massages with. Her name is Jen P. After seeing all the other reviews I thought I should give my input. I have been going to Massage Envy since my birthday 1/27/2017. The 1st person who gave me a massage was not good at all. Everyone was super welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Linda for a deep tissue massage; she was incredible! I feel better now after one massage than I have in quite a while. Well worth it!
David is an excellent and very professional massage therapist! Wonderful staff all around!
