Booked a 60-minute facial and only received a 40-minute treatment because esthetician was running behind. She had reassured me I’d get my full time, but my treatment started at 10:11 and stopped at 10:51 a.m. When she said I was done, I said ‘that was quick.’ She was like, yeah, I know. I've been a member of Massage Envy for over 10 years and tried different locations across the country. Dachel is seriously the hidden gem massage therapist at this location. I've been seeing her monthly for the past two years, and she helped heal my bad shoulders, which five-plus years of physical therapists could not achieve.
