Tori did an amazing job on my facial. However, this location has a broken steamer that didn’t work throughout my visit. Despite the non-working steamer that goes with the experience, my credit was still used and still charged full price. Next time I schedule I will make sure to call ahead for them to get the steamer that actually works.
Courtney was a Godsend! She helped me get my membership back and more! And I am so grateful to her for that! The massage therapist Michelle accommodated my every ache in my body. I am going back this week soon. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much, Sonia.
Wife walked in so excited for a message (mainly her back) and left in tears cause they didn't touch her back and made her lay on her back so they could lightly rub her arms and legs. How does one leave a message in more pain then when you walk in.
