About a month ago, my wife and I went to Massage Envy in Massapequa to close our account. We were incredibly frustrated because unless we book appointments 4-5 weeks in advance, there are no appointments available at this location, or Farmingdale, or Merrick, etc. As a result, we have each accrued at least 25 + appointments that we have not been able to use for no other reason then there are no appointments available. Place is not the same lately , especially front desk stuff . New front desk women who can also speak Spanish , is extremely rude and need to work in the places like Burger King - this is her level !
