I have been a member of Massage Envy since 2010. I have enjoyed almost every massage that I have ever had. Sadly though on Friday, December 18th, I had an appointment with Diana at the Carmel (Greyhound Pass) location. I have never met a massage therapist that was so abrasive and unprofessional until this woman. Diana is not punctual. My appointment was at 5:30 PM, she did not come and get me until 5:38 PM. The best massage I have ever had! Their male massusts were strong but gentle. They kneaded my back like it was bread! I will recommend this place to everyone I know! It is also super close to my house so that would be another reason why I would recommend it to people in my area. If anyone needs any gift ideas...you know what to get me!
