My year long contract has been fulfilled and its been almost another year since. Finally, the credit card number I supplied with my original membership expired. The office manager Katy called and wanted a new credit card number. I declined saying I was not interested in continuing my relationship. She threatened to send me to collections. Great but be patient and read the fine print – I have been going here for 2 years now and it has taken that long to find a therapist that I love. Your first massage may be the worst of your life (I have had a couple of those) and it is definitely frustrating, but for the price it may be worth trying another therapist. I have seen A LOT of complaints about policies, etc...READ THE FINE PRINT! Fun? Poor Customer Service!!! – I have a gift card to use so I scheduled an appointment at the Vadnais Heights location. I had to cancel (7 hours in advance) and a Shoshanda, (spelling?) was rude to me about it and said I would be charged $20.00 because that is their policy. When I initially called and spoke to an Ashley yesterday, the "policy" was never mentioned to me. You Get What You Pay for... – 1.) good luck canceling your membership! the ever-changing, underpaid, and poorly trained front desk staff will "lose" your faxes, cancellation forms, and consistently disconnect your calls once you decide to cancel your membership. i started the process a month ago, and i still haven't had my cancellation form processed. also, be aware that in addition to losing your paperwork, they will still charge you for the next billing period after your cancellation notice has been received. 2.) your ther... read more

Best massage deal around! – If you are someone who likes to get a regular massage then massage envy is the place to go! The massage lasts 50 minutes and if you sign up for a year, you pay only $49 a month for the 50 minute session. If you like to go more than once a month, it only $39.00 per massage after that !! The ambience at the Vadanais Location is relaxing and soothing. The employees are friendly and well trained. It is the best spent $49.00 each month and I always look forward to it!
