I almost always have a 5 star review of this location and have been coming here for the last 10 years, but today I was very disappointed. It’s my birthday so I booked a massage. I arrived 5 min early and was checked in. I then waited 20 minutes and went back to the front desk to let her know I was still waiting and no one had come. Turns out I was booked with someone who was not scheduled today. The girl at the desk was kind and apologized and told me I wouldn’t be charged and offered to re-schedule. Massage Envy in Gulf Breeze is my favorite place for a good massage. Clean, excellent staff, peaceful, and reasonably priced. every masseuse has been great but Mauri is exceptional. Highly recommend.
