Massage was mediocre at best. I specifically requested that my back and shoulders be focus areas and she spent 20 minutes on my legs and 20 minutes on my arms!! Keep in mind that 10 minutes of the 60 min massage is spent on “consultation” which is basically them asking me the same questions that they already had me fill out on the iPad. Also, I don’t mind tipping but the pressure tactics that they try to use to make you tip a specific amount is ridiculous. Laura was amazing, she listened to my issues and specifically targeted her massage to address those and other areas. One of the best massages I have ever had at massage envy! She also gave me suggestions to help maintain those areas. Thank you!
